How to fit a RIGTUBE on a double stacking Merseatrailer and other similar trailers
Secure using stainless steel jubilee clips

Secure with Fasty Straps
|
1) Stick some Progrip on the frame as shown

1) Stick some Progrip on the frame as shown

2) Attach large 158 - 190mm stainless steel jubilee clip with two 32 - 45mm clips as shown
|
2) Retain the Rigtube to the trailer frame with Fasty Straps
|
3) Tape over the two smaller clips to cover sharp edges
|
3) Add additional centre support. Note this is a good idea when mounting with Jubilee clips
|
4) Secure the RIGTUBE in place by tightening the large diameter clip
|
4) Secure the RIGTUBE in place with three Fasty Straps
|
5) Check all clips are
still tight after first road trip |

still tight after first road trip, particularly after the straps have
got wet and then dried |
